286:365 Giant thistles

This thistle is one on the many that has grown in our garden that is now a jungle. The trunk was a thick as a cricket bat handle.

    Ha. We have those too. I think it is the year of tree like thistles - and how fast can they grow. Surely we could recycle them somehow as an energy source.
