360:365 Roast Turkey

Each year since Katherine and Luke were croupiers at Crown Casino we have had roast turkey at Christmas. They used to receive a huge hamper from crown with a turkey and all the trimmings. Now they don't work there any more so I just buy a turkey and we enjoy the pistachio stuffing so much that I make extra to have sliced in a sandwich.
